Slide ELEVATE YOUR PARTY Our Grazing Tables are deliciously abundant and will elevate any gathering. A selection of Australian and European gourmet cheeses, salami, prosciutto, fresh fruit, pickled veggies, honeycomb, crudités, classic hummus, beet hummus, parsley and jalapeno dip, quince and champagne paste, honey, olives and pickles. Served with a selection of artisan crackers and fresh bread. Our Tables also come complete with bamboo plates, paper napkins, wooden spoons and knives and bamboo tongs.


If a brunch table is more your style, enjoy our smoked salmon bagel and cream cheese inspired brunch setup.
Minimum order 20 ppl @ $35 per person

**Busy Bee Events Styling and Grazing Table Terms and Conditions**

 

 

**1. Deposits:**

A deposit is required to ‘save the date’ to ensure your event is added to our schedule.
We require $200 to save your date!

All bookings with Busy Bee Events are subject to a deposit. For bookings accommodating under 25 people, a deposit of $150 is required. For bookings exceeding 25 people, a deposit of $200 is applicable. These deposits are non-refundable except as outlined below.

 

**2. Finalising invoice:**

A month before your scheduled event we will require 50% of the total invoice, and the balance of the invoice to be paid prior to the start of your event.
This is subject to Busy Bee Event’s discretion.

 

**3. Refunds:**

Refunds are only available if a booking is cancelled a minimum of 3 months prior to the scheduled event date, provided the booking was made more than 6 months in advance. For bookings made less than 3 months in advance, a minimum cancellation notice of 3 weeks is required. However, please note that these cut-off dates are subject to change and will be communicated with the customer before deposits are processed.

 

**4. Menu and Styling Changes:**

No additions or subtractions to the menu or styling choices are to be presumed or made verbally by the customer unless specifically communicated and agreed upon in writing (via email or text) with Busy Bee Events. Any unauthorized changes to the event details may not be honoured.

 

**5. Rental Decorations:**

Certain decorations, table toppers, and serving trays provided by Busy Bee Events are for decorative purposes only and are not sold to the client. These items are rented by the customer for the duration specified in the agreement and are required to be returned to Busy Bee Events after the event. In the event of damage or loss of any rented decorations, the client will be charged for a replacement.

 

**6. Release of Responsibility:**

While Busy Bee Events takes utmost care in preparing and serving food products, the client acknowledges and agrees that Busy Bee Events shall not be held responsible for any instances of food poisoning or illness resulting from the consumption of its food products. The client releases Busy Bee Events from any liability associated with such incidents.

 

By proceeding to book with Busy Bee Events, the client agrees to abide by these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice, and any updates will be communicated to the client accordingly.
